Omg! I'm so glad I found this place. It reminds me of a Korean version of Chipotle. Fresh ingredients and small bowls are perfect for lunch or dinner. I picked up food three days in a row. I liked it so much. On the second day, they messed up all three items in my order, and my hubby couldn't have him due to a food allergy. I called, and they told me to return the receipt at any time and that they would remake it all correctly. They provided excellent customer service as well. I love the beef bowl with the sweet potato noodles. This place will be my regular rotation while I'm in the Kansas City area. Tip: Dine in or drive with the windows down unless you want your car smelling like fermented kimchi-lol

My friend John and I checked this place out and we were pleasantly surprised. I'm a guy that just recently discovered apps...yes, I'm the guy that had an iPhone 4S for 13 years and those poor things are memory challenged. Now I'm apping up like a guy the just discovered religion or politics....Let me tell you about it! 1st thing, get the app before you go in there, it's pretty generous right off the bat. The staff is quick and attentive, which I love. They are generous with their portions and everything is very fresh. They have plenty of choices in the meat department, from spicy to bland, so that should satisfy all palates. The veggie selection is vast, so you can really have a tailor-made meal. Also, the sauces are varied in spiciness and flavor, so that's a great thing. There is free self serve Miso, which was tasty and the also have tofu for non-carnivores. There are fruit options that you can add to your bowl and they have a variety of gluten free cookies. I've worked in consulting for many years, so I have a natural tendency to pick things apart. I could only find one thing that I didn't like and it was minor. The menu needs to be behind the counter, as it is up to the ceiling and forward of the sneeze bar, so if it's busy, you have to jostle the people behind you to read it.

Great service, fresh veggies, chicken and Korean beef is so good. Pictured is the chicken with yum yum sauce. Really need one of these franchises up in the Northland of Kansas City in Missouri!!! I'd eat there every week.

We absolutely love the food at Bibibop! Everything is so fresh, and we love the option of having purple rice and the sweet potato noodles as base. It's a welcome addition to Western Shawnee, where we don't have as many options as the other side of town, and cities nearby. The staff is always friendly and courteous, and the line moves quickly. I love the additional cup of miso soup that you can get with your order, it's delicious! Online ordering is a breeze, and it can take the pressure off if you don't like to make quick decisions, lol! The only complaint I have, and it's not a real complaint is that the seating area is quite small, so when it's busy the line definitely bumps up into all the tables. We solve the problem by taking everything to go, and enjoying our fresh hot Bibibop at home

Bibibop just open their 55th location in the US. Went here to check out their grand opening and it didn't disappoint. My boyfriend haven't tried this place out before and what's a better occasion then this. I love the concept, healthy and fresh Asian food. Wish we could get some up in the Northland, but this place satisfied our cravings. This is a fast food version of bibimbap. If you want something fast and healthy, this is it. Will definitely come back to this location more often. Can't wait to try all the options.

The newest Bibibop to the KC metro and I had not tried it before. Offering affordable, fresh and good for you food. Build your own Bibibop bowl with all your favorites. I loved the spicy chicken. Very flavorful. My favorite topping was avocado - which is a new option and you gotta try it with the yum yum sauce. Be sure to grab a hibiscus lemonade too. Super refreshing! The service was so good. The team was personable in helping me build my bowl. They have a nice dine in area with plenty of seating. Be sure to check out their rewards program too!
